Who Covers Return Shipping?
For most returns, customers are responsible for providing and covering the cost of their own return shipping label.
We only provide a return label if:
The item is being returned due to a warranty claim, or
There was a confirmed error on our end (e.g. wrong item sent or a verified defect on arrival)
Need help with postage?
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Please keep your tracking number and proof of postage until your return is processed.
