You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return for most new, unopened items.
To be eligible:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
You must include proof of purchase
What to Expect
Returns can take a few days to process once received
You’ll receive updates at each step so you’re never left in the dark
Customers provide their own return shipping label
We only supply labels for warranty-related claims
