Can I Exchange My Item for a Different Variant?
Yes — we allow exchanges for selectable variants of the same product (e.g. different size, model, or hand orientation), as long as the item is eligible for return.
How It Works:
Start your request via the Returns Portal
Choose the "Exchange" option
Select the new variant you’d like to receive
Submit your request for review
After Approval:
We’ll ship your replacement item once the original item is received and verified
If the new variant is more expensive, we’ll send you an invoice to pay the difference
If it’s less expensive, you’ll be issued a partial refund to your original payment method
You’ll receive confirmation and tracking once your exchange is processed
Important Notes:
Exchanges are only available within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
Exchange availability depends on current stock levels
