Can I Exchange My Item for a Different Variant?

Yes — we allow exchanges for selectable variants of the same product (e.g. different size, model, or hand orientation), as long as the item is eligible for return.


How It Works:

  1. Start your request via the Returns Portal

  2. Choose the "Exchange" option

  3. Select the new variant you’d like to receive

  4. Submit your request for review


After Approval:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once the original item is received and verified

  • If the new variant is more expensive, we’ll send you an invoice to pay the difference

  • If it’s less expensive, you’ll be issued a partial refund to your original payment method

  • You’ll receive confirmation and tracking once your exchange is processed


Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are only available within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Exchange availability depends on current stock levels
