How Do I Return an Item?

Returning an item is quick and self-service:

1. Go to our Returns Portal

2. Enter your order number and email address

3. Select the item(s) you want to return and follow the on-screen instructions

4. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions

Please Note:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless under warranty)

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed. We’ll keep you updated at each step.
