Can I Exchange an Item?

Yes — we offer exchanges for different variants of the same product (e.g. size, model, or hand orientation), based on availability.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Submit your request via our Returns Portal

  2. Select “Exchange” and choose your preferred variant

  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll process the exchange


What Happens Next:

  • Your replacement item will be shipped out as soon as it's ready

  • If there's a price difference, we’ll either issue a partial refund or send you a secure payment link for the outstanding balance

  • You’ll receive tracking info and updates along the way


Important: Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of delivery, and items must be unused, in original packaging, and meet our return eligibility criteria.
