Refund Methods

Refund Options Available

We offer two types of refunds depending on your preference and eligibility:

1. Refund to Original Payment Method

• Standard refunds are issued back to the same payment method used at checkout

• Processing typically takes 5–7 business days once approved

• Your bank or credit provider may take additional time to post the refund

2. Refund to Store Credit (if applicable)

• In some cases, you may choose to receive a refund as store credit

• Store credit can be used on any future purchase at sure-golf.com

• This option is ideal if you plan to reorder or switch to another item
